Returns policy

We want your SOLISITA product to be 100% perfect. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your order.

– Personalised items (custom names, engravings, additional metal letters) and earrings cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.
– All items must be returned in original condition, with packaging intact.
– Gift packaging is non-refundable.
– Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Refunds may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
– For UK returns, £2.49 will be deducted as a handling fee.
– International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Faulty Items
