Returns Policy

We hope you love your Solisita piece. If it is not quite right, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us at support@solisita.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
